She has more than 9 years' experience in all matters related to competition law, advising companies across a wide range of sectors, mainly from automotive, life sciences, FMCG, retail, IT and consumer electronics. Her expertise in the field of merger control encompasses assisting clients in connection with filing merger notifications before the Romanian Competition Council with a view to obtain merger clearance, including the negotiation of commitments, mainly in the context of multi-jurisdictional transactions. Ana-Maria holds a post-graduate diploma in EU Competition Law from King's College London and an LLM from the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (Strasbourg University).
