Aksel Tannum is a partner at Advokatfirmaet Haavind AS, where he heads its energy team and specialises in renewable energy. He has extensive experience with issues related to power generation, grid, power sales and transactions within the energy sector and has worked with several of Norway’s largest power companies and energy-intensive industrial companies for years. Tannum works regularly with the largest Norwegian and foreign companies operating in the renewable sector in Norway, including Statkraft, Vattenfall, Axpo, Agder Energi and Elvia – in addition to working with some of Norway’s largest industrial companies (eg, Yara, Hydro, Alcoa and Eramet).
