He has also served as general counsel, board secretary and compliance officer in-house in Norway. In 2018, Arne returned to private practice as a partner in Haavind's tech practice, where he supports complex tech transactions, strategic outsourcing, digital transformation projects and tech dispute resolution, as well as traditional software development and licensing. Arne's area of specialty also covers non-personal data and data ownership issues.
