About Arne Byberg

Arne Byberg is one of Norway's most internationally experienced tech lawyers, having spent several years living and working in Silicon Valley while associate general counsel and vice-president of Hewlett-Packard. He has also served as general counsel, board secretary and compliance officer for the Norway-based EVRY Group. Arne is a senior partner in Haavind's tech practice, where he supports complex tech transactions, strategic outsourcing, digital transformation projects and tech dispute resolution, as well as traditional software development and licensing. His specialist area also covers non-personal data and data ownership issues.
