About Jøran Sandvik

Jøran Sandvik specialises in renewable energy and energy transactions, and has over 20 years’ experience within these fields, including working for the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. His practice at Advokatfirmaet Haavind covers all areas of the electricity sector, including power generation, network operations and power sales, and he has worked for several of the largest power companies and energy-intensive industrial companies. Jøran’s public and private practice has given him leading regulatory expertise – both within hydropower and wind power and in grid issues – thereby making him a key asset in both project development and transactions.
