About Mari Reitzel Bjerke

Mari Reitzel Bjerke specialises in renewable energy, construction law and litigation at Advokatfirmaet Haavind, and has 17 years’ experience as an adviser to players within the renewable energy sector. She has extensive litigation experience, and construction law competence, especially from working with the development of power production facilities within hydropower and wind power. Mari has a background as deputy judge in Follo District Court and is author of the legislative commentaries on energy law (Gyldendal Rettsdata) alongside Aksel Tannum, and co-author of Interlaw’s Book on Renewable Energies.
