Jason Levy
is counsel at Grossman Young & Hammond, with nearly three decades of experience in US immigration law across government and private practice. He advises corporations, entrepreneurs, and individuals on employment-based immigration, compliance, and complex regulatory matters. Previously, he served for over 15 years as a senior attorney in the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, advising on major policy initiatives and federal litigation, including before the Supreme Court. Levy leads the firm’s TranscendEntry programme, providing real-time legal support to travellers navigating inspection, admissibility, and enforcement issues at US ports of entry.
