is a Senior Partner and the Head of Litigation at MTC. Having completed his LLM from King’s College London, he now has over 29 years of experience appearing before the courts of Pakistan. He has been involved in a wide variety of cases before the High Courts and Supreme Court of Pakistan, including matters relating to banking, tax, civil, constitutional, intellectual property and the National Accountability Bureau. His qualifications include a BCom and Fellow of Business Administration, with his work emphasizing on financial, corporate and banking law and international business transactions. He also represents clients in both foreign and domestic arbitration and pre-arbitral expert determination proceedings. Being one of the most experienced and successful arbitrators in Pakistan, he has been appointed by the ICC court in an international commercial arbitration.
