About Nancy E Wolff

Nancy E Wolff is a partner at Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard LLP and co-chairs the litigation group, handling copyright, trade mark, and rights of publicity matters. She counsels both traditional and digital media clients in transactional matters and clearance reviews. She is a past president of the Copyright Society of the USA and a member of the ABA IP Task Force on Copyright Reform. A frequent speaker and author on copyright issues, Nancy has been published by Allworth Press and ABA Landslide Journal, and co-edited the recently published Companion to Copyright and Creativity in the 21st Century, by Focal Press.
