About George Kounoupis

George Kounoupis is the founder and principal international lawyer of Hahalis & Kounoupis, P.C. Qualified in the United States and Greece, he began his career practising corporate, securities and M&A law with a major Philadelphia law firm before establishing a practice focusing on matters spanning the US and Greek legal systems. His corporate and commercial practice encompasses cross-border transactions, corporate structuring, foreign investment, commercial agreements, employment and labour law, taxation, securities matters and international disputes. He has served as general counsel to a NASDAQ-listed corporation and as legal adviser to Greek-American business and institutional organisations.
