Dária Szabó
has over 15 years’ experience in M&A, private equity and corporate matters and was made counsel at Bird & Bird in 2022. She has extensive experience representing Hungarian and international clients in corporate, commercial and real estate transactions from sectors including finance, energy, pharmaceuticals, TMT and real estate. She regularly advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border M&A and joint ventures, competitive auction bidding processes and company reorganisation and restructuring procedures, as well as real estate transactions.
