About Eszter Gál

Eszter Gál is an associate at Bird & Bird and has extensive experience in complex corporate matters and M&A transactions. Her practice focuses on M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate matters. She also has experience in the energy sector, including M&A and due diligence exercises in the field of renewable energy and electricity, and in providing legal advice in energy regulatory matters, including the mandatory off-take regime, licensing and regulatory approvals. Before joining the firm, she worked at a major Hungarian law firm.
