Eszter Katona
is a consultant in the corporate/M&A team of the Budapest office of Bird & Bird, where she focuses on M&A transactions and other corporate matters. She also has significant experience in energy law. Since starting her career, Eszter has advised a variety of leading Hungarian and international companies across a variety of sectors including energy, finance, telecommunications and retail. She has particular experience in advising clients concerning complex multi-phase group restructurings.
