About Corinne Silden Stephensen

Corinne Silden Stephensen (partner) heads the Construction Law practice group at SANDS’ Oslo office. She specialises in construction law and advisory services, with thorough knowledge of the principal Norwegian standard-form contracts. She provides ongoing counsel and dispute resolution services to employers, contractors and consultants in the construction sector. Corinne possesses extensive litigation experience, including several years as a deputy judge, with a particular focus on contractual disputes. She has also served as an external examiner in law at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) for several years.
