Cristiano Caumont Caimi
has been a partner since 2009. He specialises in tax litigation, including pre-litigation settlements. Due to his background, his work is especially focused on international taxation and transfer pricing issues. He is also highly experienced in advance price agreements (APAs) and mutual agreement procedures (MAPs), as well as voluntary disclosure and co-operative compliance programmes. He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2000 and before the Supreme Court in 2014. He is a member of the tax group at the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy (Amcham). He regularly participates as panellist in domestic and international workshops and seminars.
