About Barbara Jelonek-Jarco

Barbara Jelonek-Jarco leads the real estate practice at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, has a PhD, and is an expert in land and mortgage registers. She has extensive experience in investment processes, particularly in real estate and development. She advises foreign investors on transactions, legal status and contract negotiations. As an IMI Certified Mediation Advocate, she handles commercial, international and civil mediations. Barbara participates in domestic and international litigation and arbitration, including BIT disputes.
