Christoph Bode is a partner at Flick Gocke Schaumburg. He has more than 18 years’ experience in advising and representing German and international clients in corporate litigation matters and a wide range of trust, probate and other private wealth disputes. He specialises in acting for clients involved in complex and multi-jurisdictional disputes concerning inherited wealth, shares and assets located in Germany. Christoph writes regularly for various legal publications specialising in corporate law matters and also gives lectures on these issues. He is a member of the International Bar Association. He is admitted to practise in Germany.
