About Jochen Kotzenberg

Jochen Kotzenberg is a lawyer, tax adviser and partner at the Bonn and Stuttgart offices of Flick Gocke Schaumburg. An expert in international private client matters, Jochen regularly advises large family-owned businesses and family offices on estate planning issues covering all relevant tax, estate and corporate law aspects. He is a guest lecturer at the German Federal Finance Academy and a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association as well as the German Association for Inheritance Law and Succession Planning. He serves as an officer on the Private Client Tax Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA). He is a lecturer at the University of Zurich for international inheritance tax.
