About Philipp Windeknecht

Philipp Windeknecht is a partner at Flick Gocke Schaumburg, in the private clients department. As a lawyer and certified tax adviser with ten years of experience, his main practice areas include estate planning (civil law and tax law), probate and relocation to and from Germany. He also advises national and international clients on pre- and postnuptial agreements, charitable planning, establishing foundations and art (tax) law. Philipp publishes articles on national and international estate planning on a regular basis, and also gives lectures on these issues. He is a member of the International Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association.
