About Brenda Ntambirweki

Brenda Ntambirweki is a senior associate at ASAR with over 15 years’ experience. Her work spans M&A, private equity, capital markets, restructuring and insolvency, and banking and finance. Brenda’s M&A recent work includes advising the sellers on the sale of 100% of their stake in E-Portal Holding Company to Kuwait Telecommunications KSCP. She also acted for SAMA Educational Company on its acquisition of Kuwait English School. Brenda is a member of the Uganda Law Society, the East Africa Law Society and the International Bar Association.
