His M&A work has included advising Adeptio AD Investments on its landmark USD3.4 Billion purchase of a 93.4% stake in Kuwait Food Company (Americana), a Kuwaiti-listed entity, and advising Omantel on its USD2.25 billion indirect acquisition of 21.9% of mobile telecommunications company. He also advised the shareholders of Carriage Logistics General Trading Company on the sale of all of its shares to Delivery Hero Group, one of the highest-value start-up exits in Kuwait. He is a member of the Uganda Law Society, the East Africa Law Society and the International Bar Association.
