About John Cunha

John Cunha is a partner at ASAR with over 23 years of legal experience, and practises in the areas of capital markets, M&A, and banking and finance. John has been part of ASAR’s M&A team working on transactions ranging from the typical to the highly complex. He advised on Omantel’s acquisition of 21.9% of mobile telecommunications company KSCP and Adeptio’s purchase of a 93.4% stake in Kuwait Food Company (Americana). John is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Law Society of South Africa.
