Mustafa Sayed is an associate in ASAR’s corporate and commercial department. Mustafa’s practice is focused on advising on and assisting with the restructuring of companies, the acquisition and sale of businesses, and the regulatory compliance issues associated with such matters. The clients Mustafa has assisted operate in various sectors, including the oil, retail, pharmaceutical and health sectors. Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Cairo University in Egypt and has been admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association since 2015. Mustafa’s practice languages are English and Arabic.
