About Sherif Saad Eldin

Sherif Saad Eldin is a senior associate at ASAR and has multi-jurisdictional experience of working in Egypt and Bahrain. Sherif joined the firm in 2016; prior to joining ASAR he worked in Egypt for over ten years. He has broad knowledge and extensive experience across domestic and cross-border M&A and foreign direct investment. He has particular expertise in structuring joint venture arrangements, commercial and international trade practices, as well as his advisory work on corporate, restructuring and insolvency, agency and distributorship, healthcare and technology law. He has been a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2002.
