He specialises in cross-border banking and financial transactions, structured finance, debt capital markets, corporate advisory and technology laws. With nearly 20 years of experience, Rahul has advised funds, financial institutions and technology companies. His notable achievements include serving as Bahrain counsel for a USD1.5 billion refinancing project and acting as borrower’s counsel for the Al Dur2 Power Project.
