About Adolfo Romero

Adolfo Romero is a dual-qualified corporate lawyer (in Chile; pending admission in New York) and a senior associate in the corporate/M&A group at CMS Carey & Allende. He advises domestic and foreign clients on cross-border M&A, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects, with a focus on energy transition and large-scale project development. Adolfo holds an LLM from Columbia Law School (class of 2024), where he specialised in corporate and transactional law. From October 2024 to April 2025, Adolfo worked as an international visiting attorney at CMS London, focusing on energy, infrastructure, and project finance transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
