About Ernesto Eckholt

Ernesto Eckholt is a partner at CMS Carey & Allende, where he leads the firm’s Venture Capital practice. With over a decade of experience in VC across Chile and the United States, he advises start-ups and both domestic and international venture funds on investment structuring, regulatory frameworks and ecosystem strategy. Ernesto is deeply embedded in the global, LatAm and US venture ecosystems, and is recognised as one of Chile’s foremost legal experts at the intersection of law and early-stage capital. He serves as a mentor at Stanford University’s Venture Studio and at the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University.
