is a tax partner at Herbert Smith Freehills. Casey advises on a wide range of corporate and indirect tax and structuring matters. She has particular experience of advising clients in the financial institutions sector and real estate sector, as well as in relation to complex M&A transactions, high-value structured real estate transactions, funds, private equity and joint ventures. Casey also handles tax disputes work and is a member of the British Property Federation’s VAT committee.
