chairs the corporate governance advisory team at Herbert Smith Freehills and specialises in corporate governance, corporate finance and M&A transactions, advising listed and large privately owned companies and their boards. He has broad experience in public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, demergers, equity offerings and reorganisations.
