She regularly advises fintech clients and financial institutions on regulatory policy, operations and investigations. Hannah has extensive experience of guiding clients through the key regulatory challenges that arise when financial services and technology meet, including providing regulatory advice to clients in relation to cryptocurrency exchanges, stored value facilities, digital assets, financial services licensing and payments and remittance systems. She also helps financial institutions, listed companies and their senior individuals on cross-border and high-stakes cases involving, for example, systems and controls breaches, anti-money laundering failures, product mis-selling and insider dealing.
