About Jessica A. Christy

Jessica A. Christy is an associate in HSF Kramer’s Land Use department, where she represents developers, lenders and individual and institutional property owners in land use and zoning matters. She helps clients understand the development potential of properties, advocates for them in actions before New York City agencies and drafts documents in transactions for the purchase and sale of development rights. In addition to her transactional and municipal work, Jessica maintains an active litigation practice representing clients in land use and real estate disputes and advising land use clients about potential litigation risks.
