Patrick Sullivan
is counsel in HSF Kramer’s Land Use department and represents clients in zoning and municipal law matters. Patrick advises clients, including local and national real estate developers, lenders, institutional investors, museums, universities and charter schools, on the public approval strategy for their projects, and appears before all of New York City’s major land use agencies, including the City Planning Commission, the Board of Standards and Appeals, the Landmarks Preservation Commission, and the Department of Buildings, and also before local community boards and the City Council. He also advises on inclusionary zoning regulations and affordable housing tax incentives, including 421-a, Affordable New York, 485-x, and 467-m benefits.
