About Conlee Whiteley

Conlee Whiteley is the managing member of Kanner & Whiteley and has been with the firm since 1994. She practices primarily in the areas of consumer fraud, pharmaceutical, insurance and antitrust litigation on behalf of a variety of clients. She has been appointed class counsel in many of the firm’s class actions, having an active role in the litigation, class certification trial and settlement of consumer and third-party payor cases against drug manufacturers, insurance companies and other product manufacturers. She has represented the State of Louisiana in various pharmaceutical cases and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in various commercial litigation matters.
