Keith B. Greenberg is a partner in DLA Piper’s Washington, DC Real Estate practice. Keith represents local, national and offshore real estate investors and developers on a variety of complex transactions throughout the Washington, DC region and the United States, across many asset types, including office, retail, residential, mixed-use, hotels and resorts, self-storage, industrial outdoor storage, healthcare and medical, and logistics. Keith’s experience includes advising clients on acquisitions and sales, financing (including agency financings and CMBS), joint ventures and other development transactions involving commercial real estate. Keith has deep experience in complex loan workouts and restructurings involving distressed debt.
