About Lauren A. Rico

Lauren A. Rico is a partner in DLA Piper’s Washington, DC Real Estate practice. Lauren’s national practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions of real estate and real estate interests; complex single-asset, multi-asset and multi-jurisdictional real estate financing transactions, including CMBS and agency financings and construction loans; joint ventures for the ownership, development and management of real estate assets; and workouts, restructurings and distressed debt. She has experience in transactions involving a wide variety of asset classes, including office, retail, data centres, multi-family, build-to-rent homes, logistics, industrial outdoor storage and other industrial properties, marinas, hotels and resorts, senior housing and manufactured housing.
