About Belén Alandete

Belén Alandete is a senior associate in Broseta Abogados’ litigation and arbitration practice, with more than 15 years of professional experience advising on all kinds of civil and commercial disputes. Her expertise focuses mainly on matters relating to obligations and contracts, non-contractual liability, corporate affairs, real estate disputes, and other fields, such as in the banking and insurance industries. She is currently an associate professor in Private International Law at the University of Valencia, and regularly publishes on arbitration and dispute-related topics. She is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the UIA International Association of Lawyers and Club Español e Iberoamericano del Arbitraje.
