About Belén Alandete

Belén Alandete has more than 15 years of professional practice, specialising in construction contract disputes, M&A, joint ventures, distribution contracts, as well as corporate disputes. In arbitrations, she has participated as a counsel in important national and international arbitrations, before the ICC arbitration court, CIAM-CIAR, CIMA, and the Madrid Court of Arbitration. Likewise, she has intervened in relevant procedures for the annulment of arbitration awards. She is an arbitrator at the court of the Valencia Chamber of Commerce and in the court of the Valencia Bar Association. She is also an associate professor of Private International Law at the University of Valencia, and author of various articles in specialised journals in the sector.
