About Jorge Múgica Querejeta

Jorge Múgica Querejeta is an associate in the commercial law department at Broseta. He previously developed his professional career at ONTIER and EY Abogados, as well as at InsudPharma, advising national and international companies and investment funds on corporate law and share, equity, and asset purchase and sale transactions, as well as preparing due diligence reports, among others. He has teaching experience as a collaborator at CEU San Pablo University. He has a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from Comillas Pontifical University (2019), and a Law Degree and Diploma in Business Law from Comillas Pontifical University (2017).
