About Miguel Geijo
Miguel Geijo
is a partner at Broseta and head of the firm’s Commercial Law department. He specialises in information technology law, data protection and privacy, with extensive experience advising on the legal implications of artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and digital transformation. He is a former Secretary of the Board of the Spanish Association of Privacy Professionals (APEP). He also lectures on privacy, intellectual property and new technologies, including on the Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property, Industrial Property and New Technologies at the Autonomous University of Madrid, as well as on other postgraduate programmes.
