About Paula Carbonell Aparisi

Paula Carbonell Aparisi holds a Law degree from the University of Valencia and a master’s degree in Legal Practice from the same institution. She also completed a master’s degree in Public Procurement at the University of Castilla-La Mancha. She is a regular contributor to various legal publications, including Revista Vlex. Her work includes commentaries on significant court decisions, such as Supreme Court Judgment No 1219/2019 of 23 September 2019, and Judgment No 320/2019 of 16 July 2019, issued by the High Court of Justice of Madrid.
