About Bruno Costa

Bruno Costa is a partner of William Freire Advogados Associados, where he is part of its mining industry group. He is also a director of the Brazilian Institute of Mineral Law (Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Minerário). He has strong expertise in drafting, managing and reviewing administrative cases in mining regulatory matters, with activity across all regional management units of the Brazilian National Mining Agency and is skilled in preparing legal opinions, responding to regulatory inquiries, supporting the strategic management of mineral assets, conducting due diligence to identify regulatory risks, and providing legal advice in negotiations for the purchase, sale, and lease of mining rights.
