About Paolo Honorio

Paolo Honorio is a partner and head of the tax practice at William Freire Advogados. He holds a Master’s degree in Economic, Financial, and Tax Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). Paolo is President of the Tax Law Institute of Minas Gerais (IMDT), and Professor of Tax and Financial Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas (PUC Minas) and Centro de Direito Internacional (CEDIN). He is a recognised expert in his field, and prepares legal opinions for significant cases in the mineral, infrastructure, energy, and agribusiness sectors.
