Naomi Rodríguez Manzueta is a senior associate attorney at Headrick Rizik Álvarez & Fernández. Her practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, tax law, free trade zones, regulatory law, energy law, banking and financial law, project finance, contracts, fintech, and commercial law, among others. She is a member of the Dominican Bar Association and the National Association for Young Businesspeople, Inc.
