About Lorenzo Battarino

Lorenzo Battarino is a counsel at Trevisan & Cuonzo and a UPC representative. His professional experience includes advising a number of multinational pharmaceutical companies in complex multi-jurisdictional litigation concerning patent rights over breakthrough medicinal products as well as representing clients in multiple patent infringement cases regarding electronics, mechanical and chemical patents. He has already been involved in several UPC cases and, in particular, he represented a client at the very first Interim Conference (in May 2024) and Oral Hearing (in September 2024) held by the UPC Local Division of Milan. Lorenzo joined Trevisan & Cuonzo in 2013.
