About Luca Pellicciari

Luca Pellicciari has over 15 years of experience in IP litigation, throughout which he has acted for multinational high-stakes clients in a wide range of technological fields, with a focus on life sciences and pharmaceuticals, chemicals, medical devices and electronics. Professional highlights include assisting and securing wins for main pharmaceutical originators in their battle against generics, and obtaining a landmark judgment on the application of the Bolar clause to third parties’ supplies. Luca is also involved in UPC cases across several local divisions, including the Milan local division. After joining Trevisan & Cuonzo in 2010, Luca was appointed partner in 2021 and leads a team of six.
