About Abhinav Rastogi

Abhinav Rastogi is a partner at Dua Associates and an integral part of the firm's corporate advisory, regulatory and licensing practice groups. He advises on matters relating to foreign exchange laws, corporate laws, securities laws, contract laws, legal metrology, drugs and cosmetics laws, telecom laws and defence. He has independently led due diligence teams at target companies and negotiated relevant contractual documentation, including share purchase, business transfer and asset transfer agreements. Abhinav's understanding of tax laws underpins his efficient structuring of complex transactions. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
