About C R Dua

C R Dua is the current chair of Dua Associates. He represents several overseas businesses, and his experience encompasses corporate and commercial law, governance and ethics, foreign investments and collaborations, and exchange control regulations. Mr Dua has served on the boards of several multinational companies, and is also an independent director and chair of the board of Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited. He is a founding member of the American Chamber of Commerce in India, a member of the National Committee on Legal Services of the Confederation of Indian Industry and one of the Senior Vice Presidents of the Society of Indian Law Firms.
