Anton also has remarkable experience in restructuring and insolvency projects as well as corporate and shareholder disputes. He advises clients ranging from private clients and individual investors to international and Russian ‘blue chips’ including Alfa Bank, AFG National, ROLF, Ferronordic Machines AB, Verno Capital, Kazakhstan Infrastructure Fund C.V., Rusklimat and Mistral Group, etc. He heads the Israeli desk at the firm’s Moscow office.
