Carlo Cannizzo focuses his legal practice on corporate, M&A, finance, real estate and infrastructure, with specialisms in the hospitality, industrial, manufacturing, services and luxury fashion industries. He has more than 26 years of experience and has participated as lead legal counsel and adviser in many strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, both domestically and cross-border. He is member of the board of directors of several Mexican and multinational companies, some of which are listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange.
