About Anahí Serrano

Anahí Serrano has more than 16 years of legal experience. Her legal practice is mainly focused on labour and corporate law. She has wide experience in all legal issues related to Mexican companies, from their incorporation to their day-to-day operations. Anahí’s practice includes legal advice to national and foreign clients, through the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of a wide range of agreements, including civil, commercial, labour and NDA. Anahí has actively participated as a labour expert in numerous transactions, representing national and international clients, and establishing strategies in labour terminations, internal labour regulations, agreements before the Local and Federal Labour Boards, among others.
