Marco Cannizzo is a lawyer at Cannizzo who focuses his practice on real estate, corporate, foreign investments and M&A transactions, with 28 years of experience. He acts as counsel for several Italian pharmaceutical companies doing business in Mexico. He has been involved in and acted as leading counsel on many strategic transactions in Mexico, some of them for billions of dollars, including the sales of insurance companies, hotel chains and large retail spaces. He is a member of the board or the secretary of several Mexican companies, some of which are listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange.
